Help with the Growing Bright Minds app
What the app does, how to reach us, and what happens to your family's data.
What the app is
The Growing Bright Minds app is a small, calm library for children from birth to six. It reads the same public catalogue this website publishes: gentle picture books to read together, colouring pages your child can colour on the screen with a finger, and short story videos. There is nothing to buy inside it, no advertising, and no feed that keeps going.
Colouring a page asks for no account. A picture is only stored on our servers if a signed-in grown-up chooses to keep it.
How to reach us
Email publishing@growingbrightminds.com and a person reads it. Tell us which device you are using and what you were doing when it went wrong, and please do not include anything about your child — we do not need it and we do not want it.
What the app does with data
The app collects no personal data from a child, or from anyone reading, watching or colouring without signing in. A grown-up who chooses to sign in gives us a Google name and email address and Google's profile picture URL, and any pictures they keep are stored against that account. The full statement, including what the website does, is in our privacy policy.
How the pictures are made
Every illustration in the app and on this site is stated on the item itself, and the transparency page explains what each of those statements means.
